Hey, I’m Jeremy
In case you haven’t already figured it out, my name is Jeremy Consulo and this is my little corner of the Internet. I’m a freelance web designer and developer and have been for the last three years. I’ve been designing, developing, manupulating and baking websites for the last 12 years. (Ok so I’ve never actually baked one).
My formal education in Computer Science is from Sonoma State University, however the majority of my skills are self taught from years of reading books, surfing tutorials and every once in a while watching videos (thank you lynda.com).
That’s me in a nutshell (pun intended). If you want to know more then ask me. Generally I let my design skills and previous clients do most of my talking.
And finally for those of you with large monitor resolutions, It wouldn’t be an “about page” without a picture of myself.
This is Consulo Studios
I do all my freelance work under my company name of Consulo Studios. I started the company around 3 years ago. I spent the previous nine years working as a designer, developer, and specialist for numerous agencies across Northern California. While working on hundreds of projects in my almost decade of work, I acquired a skill set that allowed me to be a jack of all trades. I am in the unique position of being able to handle most projects from design to completion.
You can read more about my abilities and what I provide by visiting my skills page. My passion is on the design side, Flash and XHTML layouts. I love to create things that make people say “Wow”. My typical design project is an XHTML based site, driven by Expression Engine with high-end custom Flash design components. However, I’m up for almost anything so let me know what you have in mind.
Evidently Trees
I had no idea I enjoyed designing sites with trees. This site and my previous site both have trees as a major design element. Who knew?
This site inspiration came very quickly. Normally a site design will take me a few days to really define in my head. This particular design inspiration came together for me in just one evening. It took me longer, of course, to actually design and create it.
“What does it mean?”
The secret of life is burried within this design. Look closely!
Yeah, I didn’t see it either.
